I’ll write more on this in a bit…but the images you’ll be seeing are from my stay at a wildlife refuge called intiwarayassi in the middle of the Bolivian jungle.
On my 4th day there, I was cutting down a tree (that had already fallen down a cliff and had therefore turned into an “upside down” tree). Anyway, in that crucial moment when the tree decided to turn its potential energy into the real deal, my left foot decided to slip out from under my as I turned to leave the scene. The tree smashed me on the back as I scrambled to regain my footing. Needless to say it was not a fun moment in my life.
But, like I said, I’ll do a full recounting of that incident along with a bunch more. What I’m doing right now, more than anything, is trying to figure this whole “blog” format out and how I can best use it…
so, enjoy the photos by clicking on the link below: (oh, and right now ignore the “home” button on that site, as it’s not set up to bring you back to this page…)
what’d you say?
